Can't book appointment, was asked if I left uni (I didnt?) because system says I am not an 'active patient' whatever that means the person on call didn't specify why that is was just given an email to contact.

Its easier to book a flight home than to deal with this sloppy health care.

Absolutely horrendous experience! I was expected to drag myself out of bed firstly to show my ID, then I was told that the doctor would call me and make an appointment ‘if he WANTS to see me’ or otherwise, that he would call me and give me a prescription over the phone. No one could tell me when he would be calling, I was simply told to leave my phone on loud. Surely if you are requesting antibiotics, even the reception staff should understand that you are too ill to leave your bed multiple times in one day and that you want to know WHEN you will receive treatment.

I'm really upset about at their sloppy service:
1) Told me to go to the center in Woking or come back in an hour when I went to them with a bleeding finger and clearly needed emergency treatment (back then I didn't know I should have gone to A&E instead)
2) Couldn't make an appointment because they weren't able to find my registration form, which apparently was there when I visited the previous week
3) Waited 5+ mins on the phone before someone finally picked up the line

Absolutely useless. Obscene waiting times for appointments with both times when I've needed to see a doctor it has taken in excess of 2 weeks.

Unsure as to why, but have now been waiting on hold for 5 hours for someone to pick up my call. This is unacceptable.

Its a good centre but its often very busy.
