Three weeks I start speak with them. I need Appointment for medical history they say I should send email after four day I go in they said they said not receive email I send it after nearly every day. I speak with them. They always give me wrong information After three weeks, I called them again they say they will call me back and when I get in, they still don’t Done anything I have to change for another GP

All I want to do is book an appointment to see my Doctor, Have the admin staff locked her in a cage (I’m coming doctor)…? When I’m told the doctors diary is not loaded for September and that I should call back next week (Todays date 24/07/2023) I get that Doctors are very busy people who do so many hours at work a day… (Karen Mode On) when will diary be free to talk as I might need an appointment for that one as well as your sketchy appointment staff have told me call it next week… P.S. It’s also nice to be sent text messages via you’re messaging service to me but don’t do it if you feel I have to call you to book an appointment through this service as diary may be a factor.

Several encounters stick out in my mind with this surgery, so this 1 star has been a long time coming. Aside from the fact you have to predict when you're going to be sick as the nearest appointment is a month away:
1) The time I told a doctor my symptoms, and was asked "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Another time when I told a different doctor that I needed help with my depression, and was told I "just need to go outside more" and was offered nothing else.
2) I arranged a face to face appointment, arrived and was told the doctor was working from home as he was sick, and said I was texted about this. I did not receive a text message (Note that this doctor - Dr Patel - is the only one I would see if I could, as I have nothing but good things to say about him)
3) I arranged a telephone consultation, waited 20 minutes and didn't get called. I phoned the surgery and asked what was happening, they claimed the doctor had tried to phone me 3 times, then crossed my name off. My phone was on the whole time, I had no missed calls, and everyone else was able to phone me. I explained this, and they told me to "take it up with the doctor" and that they'd pass on the message. I haven't heard from them since, and I now have to wait a whole month for another appointment with another doctor. Thankfully it's something that can wait!
The only saving graces to this place are Dr Patel, and the nurse who patient and reassured me when I was having a panic attack over my smear test. Sadly giving a higher rating just because of these two would be a disservice to the overwhelming poor experiences I have had.
I understand NHS waiting times are long, and receptionists are stressed, especially with everything being pushed back because of COVID, but this service is simply unacceptable to have been treated badly time and time again.

Quite honestly disgusted with the attitude of the receptionists at this place. When my mother complained that her appointment had been skipped over and the person due to go in after her went in first, she was told not to complain because "they have enough aggravation as it is" - if you can't do your job, get a different one! They also locked the side door, then passive aggressively said "We were all on the phone, we're not the only ones that can open the door, you know" as she walked past me to open the door for a patient. Last time I checked, I didn't work here...
Doctors aren't much cop either, but it's dealing with the reception staff that I can't stomach.

Rude receptionists. Absolutely horrible. I’m a nurse myself and I know what a busy shift is. These women are quite frankly the worst receptionists I have ever encountered. No patience and clearly don’t want to be working there. Unfortunately a lot of the good GP’s have left or retired so now apart from Dr Lee and Dr Bland, all else are useless.

Thank you to the doctors at Green Wood Practice who are always helpful and willing to listen. Thank you for trying your best it's much appropriate.

Quite simply the rudest receptionist I have ever met. Treated me like it was a terrible inconvenience to her that I had the audacity to be ill

Hard to get an appointment with a decent Doctor.
Many Doctors have gone and the new ones are not very good.
