Absolutely fuming, Anxiety is through the roof.
Have been with Guardian medical centre since I was born, 55 years ago (previously Bold Street). I've had my kids with them and feel totally safe with them. But because I have moved house, I am now outside their catchment area and they are kicking me off thier patient list grr. What happened to patient loyalty, what happened to looking after your patients, safeguarding etc.
I'm so disappointed ?

Just been to my surgery and was greeted by a lovely receptionist called louise. Then seen by a very helpful and caring F2 doctor, Dr Sweeney.
Every time I visit Guardian St medical centre I always know I've been well cared for. I'm so lucky to have such a fantastic GP practice.

Not one to ring the doctors but over last two years iv had to make few appointments. I can say all staff who work on desk always super lovely . especially Louise .Wen she picks the phone up her voice when she talks always makes you feel better she always give her best Wen dealing with a problem. You can tell she really cares about patients 100%.

My husband and I have always received a very good service from all of the doctors at this surgery and from all that work on the reception desk I can not understand people when they say that the doctors don’t give them enough time if you need to have more time with the doctor then all you have got to do is book a double appointment it’s not rocket science at the end of the day is it
