Fantastic company, this was the first time working in care never had done it before and after looking after my dad at home, I new this was the path I wanted to take, nearly two years with the company now and haven't regretted it one bit. I still love my job,yes some days are harder than others but knowing I have made a difference is all that counts. The training I got was brilliant which was a whole week 9-5 office based which was a lot of fun and got my care certificate, thank you. Then I went and did my shadowing which you go out with another Carer to get to know what you are doing as it's completely different to the training side, I work on my own most of the time but sometimes I might be on a double up when you need two carers at a clients house, we have supervisions every 3 months to make sure we are track and up to date with things and have a meet each month when you see a lot of the carers then, but working on my own doesn't mean I'm on my own as they are only a phone call away any time of the day for advice, the client care plans are very detailed and has everything you need to know .
I have so much with guardian angel and I'm still learning every day

Guardian Angel Carers did not make any contact with us within the first three weeks after placing a full-time carer with my mother. Not good enough "care" on their part, and I would not recommend this agency.
