I have read some of the reviews and I have to say that I completely disagree with the negative reviews. My experience was the exact opposite . I had to visit the urgent care centre in Chorley last week where I was seen by Dr Nabil.

From the moment that I went in, to the day that I was finally discharged, the staff were nothing but helpful. I found Dr Nabil to be incredibly informative. I cannot thank him enough for the time and care that he gave me.

When other hospitals are breaking under the strain of patients and funding, Chorley stands out as a beacon of hope for a brighter future. Thank you, once again.

Can't praise gtd highly enough. Very quick. Hardly any wait and through doctor who took me seriously. Went away with the meds I needed and was involved in decision making and not told no you don't need anything.

Hard to take these guys seriously if you turn up at A&E that they're managing they won't give pain medication they don't stick to the recommended timescale and they note that just because it's recommended a certain action is taken it doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to happen.
I've been waiting for a phone call and I turned up at Chorley A&E very late in the night after awaiting a call back I booked in and I went back to the check in desk to double check that the doctor was aware I was waiting and so the receptionist said yes he's aware that your waiting 2hrs later the doctor came out of the office and he said to me I'm so sorry nobody told me that you were here....

Would provide this practice with zero stars if possible. I am on medication and have been without it for 3 days due to negligence. I have rang NHS 111 and they referred me to this practice as they have an out of hours service. I was assured that I would get a call from them within two hours. It has now been 7 hours and I’ve had no call back. I’ve called twice to the number provided and they said there’s nothing they can do.

I can’t sleep without my medication and I’m suffering from severe depression and anxiety!

These clowns run urgent care at Preston hospital, took us 10 hours to get xray and orthopaedic consult even arriving at 8am with only 2 people waiting in the department. Receptionists kept telling us 9-10 hours is “normal”, no doubt why so many just walked away after 4 hours or more waiting ting. There is nothing worse for the people in the waiting room waiting for “urgent care” than getting a blank uncaring state and off pat answer from receptionists to go back to chatting to each other having a good old laugh about their weekends. No one in charge and no control or organisation, another leech of public money taken for profits

Called 111 as my baby has a fever, was supposed to have a doctor call me within an hour and I'm still waiting 9 hours later. Appalling.

Sas/gtd health care are totally clueless 2 years I've been try get my issues sorted they avoid my calls and e mails and it's totally disgusting full stop the people on the phone need to do there jobs or leave or sort out my issues I'm now paranoid going out, even complain or banned from the head office shocking

So impressed with OOH gp and nurse, sent in a form 20:17, an absolutely amazing nurse rang me back within 2 mins 20:19. She got the GP to ring me by 20:39 he said your nominated pharmacy closes within 20 mins, I rushed over to the pharmacy all sorted by 21:05 got my medication and I can finally sleep tonight. The GPs name was Othman El-Helli, i sadly didnt catch the nurses name but she is a credit to your establishment
