Kris and Sophie were friendly, knowledgeable guides who helped us to immerse ourselves in our beautiful local woodland. We spent a very peaceful two hours connecting to nature and actually stopping and thinking about the natural world on our doorstep. We left our phones at home and instead concentrated on what our five senses could tell us about our environment. A very relaxing and thought provoking experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to slow down for a while and reconnect with the natural world.
