I went there for the first time last week to have my Covid Vaccine. The staff on site were very pleasant and helpful and the Doctor that gave me my vaccine was a really lovely Doctor. There is some car parking facilities as the centre has a car park.

Terrible service! Nothing about the NHS has changed or improved and they have only gotten worse. We have returned to the UK after being away for nearly 15 yrs and the service is just atrocious.
My condition did not improve from the weekend, so I figured best go and get a consult as I started to feel pain. The website of this GP suggested that you book an online / phone consult unless it was an urgent matter. So I wasted precious time filling in the form and was put in a queue to wait for a Dr to get back to me. During this time, the pain I had worsened and in 15 mins, in total, I ended up paying for an online GP service, got my prescriptions went to the chemist and took my meds.
AFTER having done all of this, I get a message reply, mid morning, long after I had already been sorted, NOT even a call by the way, to say I will need a urine sample before I can be prescribed with anything and the Dr closes the GP request I made or phone appointment altogether. Maybe he expected I call the offices, wait forever to ask a simple question in which he could have helped by providing the information at hand or at the very least have made a call.
No information was provided such as please visit the clinic to get the sample done or try to do this or that..NOTHING. 0 help and I guess they'd rather send patients off to the emergency and overload staff there for something they could have easily helped and assisted with!!! I could not believe the level of care or 0 care in this respect, provided by this Dr.
It is no wonder that almost ALL local GP's with NHS have below 2 star rating and all I see are negative reviews of the level of care.
Something is seriously wrong with the medical industry in this country and it is very sad to see this is where it is today, worse than it ever was before.
Also, the centre could do with a clean and tidy of their garden/parking area. Despicable how a medical centre cant even clean up the outside of their own medical centre!!!
