Been with this GP from last 7 years. Fantastic GP, loved the doctors specially my family doctor. She is so awesome and as she says "I know and remember my patients". Always been helpful and takes action quickly. Never got a chance to complaint except once or twice when the repeat prescriptions were not been signed and we had to remind them.

We booked appointment online and got confirmation text saying your appointment is booked after 2 weeks but when we went to the GP the receptionist told us there is no appointment booked for you for today there might be a glitch in the system she told us you have to book it again online So we did again and this time we got a confirmation call from the doctor saying your appointment is booked(after another 10 days) and guess what when we went to the GP again same problem pure appointment is not even booked again. Receptionist wasn't even that helpful
Same problem was faced by my other family members . We might just change our surgery

Been with the surgery 8 years and unfortunately I have needed them quite alot, and especially in the past two months or so. Whether it was usual doctor or an alternative (I respect everybody is a professional so I am happy to talk with any doctor or nurse) I felt the care and interaction has been excellent. Unexpected experiences with pain and mobility impairments meant Id be lost without their helpand. I have the same positive experience with the paramedic call backs I had from there today, from the nurses who took my blood and jabbed me with vaccines last year, and to the people on the front desk (those who are experienced and those who booked me through whilst starting their new job). Sometimes us grateful patients don't always think to write about the ongoing good experiences - so here's mine.

The doctors themselves are mostly very helpful (apart from a locum who wasn't much help and offered to get my GP to contact me about it only to still be waiting for that a month later, although an appointment was apparently made that I was not notified of so obviously didn't attend because I didn't know I had to).

Reception staff are usually quite rude and dismissive when You FINALLY get through on the phone.

Never appointments.

The new online system is a joke. You spend half an hour filling in the endless questions, only to be told there's no appointments... And that's IF you can actually get the form to work because half the time it isn't.

The reception staff is just so rude at times (depending on the staff serving, unfortunately I could not get her name). She would not listen or be willing to understand. Did not let me finish my explanation. I also wanted to book another appointment for my daughter but I was just cut off after a good 20 min waiting time. After the software shut down in July apparently the practice booked appointments without the approval of the patientS first, even though I had shared that I would not be in UK and would contact to book an appointment once back in UK.Not happy about the service and the way served, defn given me a bad taste. Just because you are overly busy does not mean to not do your job properly.

The Doctors and Nurses are fantastic. Administration and management are at an all time low. They have taken on too many patients. I have and just tried to call for a blood test, after hanging on for ages I am told they have no appointments and should try to call back in a few days. Horrendous

I have been with this practice for sometime and it used to be easy to see my doctor if needed. My wife suffers from multiple sclerosis and I am concerned about her ongoing deterioration. Since we now have to make appointments on line, we are not able to see her Doctor ie Dr Tucker whom she has not seen in 18 months.
The process has become impersonal and unforgiving,
We are seriously considering going to another practice. Sadly

How? That's my question.
I get a phone call out of the blue asking me to go in for a shingles vacation, date and time wasn't convenient; no offer the reschedule, advised surgery will call me back. I'm still waiting after several months. Got two texts, Dr wants a blood test and BP reading, called reception got nowhere past them, referred to RBH for bloods only! I'm a low user of the surgery so I'm obviously under the radar now and not important! How do I progress your requirements?
