I was booked today for blood test @10:15. at Grove View Health Hub ( Dunstable).I fasted for the blood test. When I went for my booking I was told by the Reception the staff who is doing the blood test is not working. Why it is not communicated to the booking staff that no staff to do the blood test? It was very disappointing and I was upset. I was advice to go to the first floor( Priory Surgery) if one of the staff can do the blood test. When I went up, they can’t do it because I am from different Surgery.
I hope you will have a better way of communicating each other to give a better service. The first time I used the service was good but this time is really very disappointing and poor staff communication.

I must give this centre 5 Stars based on my personal experience. For a moment I was confused if this was really NHS!!! Seen by the doctor on time.

Had to visit in an emergency.

Hope all the NHS sites can work this efficiently.

I called 111 this morning and the lady referred me to this place. Receptionist called me to give me the address. When I arrived main receptionist and B receptionist were polite. From that very first phone call everyone was so nice. Even staff walking through the waiting room said morning or smiled. Waiting room was quiet, so I was seen quickly.

Just had the most disgusting call from Dr Imesh from the mental health team as he has left me to since June. The way he spoke to me and called me a liar, how is this man looking after mental health patients. Never have I been dealt with like that in my life. I really hope your calls are recorded

I needed a blood test done here, called at 10am had an appointment by 11:05! The lady on the phone was lovely as well as the lovely nurse who took my blood when I was anxious. Free parking which is nice, lovely experience 🙂

They forgot to mention that parking is free here. Do not need to go for machine and grab a ticket, just go inside the Grove view health hub there is a machine to collect free ticket for your parking.

MRI staff refused to see me because I was 1 minute late. They claimed to have called me 3 times (my phone was on loud) when I showed them the call log there wasn't a single missed call on there. I arrived at the venue with a few minutes to spare. Bare in mind, I have a knee injury, so I'm having to limp in pain. I went to the front reception and was told the MRI van is in the car park. I went to the car park van and was told that van is for breast screening and the MRI one is around the back on the building. My appointment was at 7:20pm and I arrived at 7:21pm and the MRI van was already locked up at my arrival with 1 MRI worker waiting outside. I refuse to believe they didn't shut down and leave at least 5minutes before my appointment. I can't fathom them shutting down all the equipment, locking up and leaving in the 1 minute that I was late. Extremely disappointed after having had to wait 1month for an appointment.
