The doctors have always been marvellous: friendly, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. In general, the receptionists have been, too. Occasionally, I have wondered why they can't give more information. I recently needed some information from my file and they were unable to give it to me without my consulting a GP. It was only a logistical question so I wonder why so much of a doctor's time had to be wasted on it.

Joined 6 months ago and with both me and my baby they have been thorough and gave me the referral I needed. You have to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment, but the doctors take their time, are thorough and seem to listen to patients. Great experience so far.

I think this GP practice needs to reviewed again by the GMC. I knew a family member who had surgery before 11 months ago had already had surgical outpatient reviewed post surgery informed us that the GP also needs to review that family member but that family member could never get an appointment face to face to review her health how absurd is that. Additionally, another member of the family was diagnosed with diabetes I was very surprise they have not started treatment and so when that family member had a phone consultation I did some digging about everything and was shocked that the doctor has not started treatment the only thing was advised was improve diet after serval months they decided to give him metformin. I am not very impress with the service even though this is a british country google translate should not be the first resort of translation every nhs service have their own translation line. When I heard on BBC news that there was a doctor from this GP got suspended from practice I was concerned about this GP. General practice are doctor or practitioner that are suppose to check patients health and dig deep and not just send them to Emergency when it does not related to emergency medicine, general practice are the ones referring to certain speciality you only go to A&E when it is life threatening if the symptoms have been there for half a year A&E would not do anything but inform you to seek GP attention which clearly my family member did but there was no appointment I have asked my family member to move another GP because I don't think the doctor here is helpful. We are human beings and not experiments to be messed around with.

I’ve always been very pleased with the service i’ve received at Grove Rd Surgery and the caring nature of the doctors and nurses at the surgery. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and I normally get a non emergency appointment within a week to 10 days. You can normally get an emergency appointment if you call around 8 am. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a surgery with friendly, kind staff and great doctors.

Wow, the worst doctor I've ever had. My family and I are changing. The doctor gives you some treatments, you continue the same and you call him and he doesn't care, even if you're sick, he doesn't see you, he makes an appointment for two weeks later, they send you to do tests and the letters or calls with the appointment for said tests never arrive and more things. The worst surgery that I and my family have had.

Terrible service. If your a male under 40 your left to die. You have to fight to be seen. They don’t call back until too late. The worst service ever. I only continue to come here because I was registered here when I was young.
It is terrible now.

I would really like to know what their definition of emergency is. Because if I have a critical emergency I am sure enough not calling this practice unless I would not make it.
They need to be transparent with what a emergency is.
