Excellent service yesterday. Requested an appointment online, my GP replied by text less than ten minutes later. Referral direct to Hinchingbrooke x-ray (so no having to wait in A&E for hours). Seen within 20 minutes. Very impressed all round!

Really do not understand the negative reviews. In my experience I have had nothing but excellent interactions with everyone involved in The Grove. The reception staff are helpful and welcoming, the nurses and the doctors are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and informative. At no point have I felt unwelcome or, undervalued. This is an excellent practice and we are extremely fortunate in having it in our community.

I have nothing but positive feedback and a great experience using this practice. I've been with them for over 20 years. Recently I been fortunate enough to be seen be Dr Judith Somers Heslam. She has taken the time, care and attention to help diagnose a long term condition, and thanks to her I feel I'm now finally being listened too. People are quick to leave feedback for negative experiences but this has only left me feeling positive about this practice and our wonderful NHS.

I must say that the receptionist here are the best I’ve ever experienced.i moved here from London where the receptionist at my last docs were absolutely awful,entitled,arrogant with a big sign saying if you are rude you will be struck off but it didn’t work both ways.they were the epitome of all the jokes that are made of docs receptionist’s.
I have been overwhelmed by them all here knowing that the whole of the NHS is under unbelievable pressure I can only say that if I could give them 10 out of 10 I would.good job all round.forever grateful and thankyou

Excellent support from all involved at the practice. Having a number of health issues I have found all members of the team to be excellent.
Although the practice has a significant waiting list (like all others in the nhs) using the call back system I have been able to get the support needed within an acceptable (& safe) period of time.
Faster appointment confirmation would result in 6*!

Appointment system doesn't work, you phone up and the system hangs up on you when your call is answered, very frustrating when you've been waiting for 40 minutes. The online booking form isn't responded to for hours or sometimes not at all until the following day.

I’ve just witness a man who was in desperate need of medical help be given a 20 page form to fill in by their staff. Not offered a chair, not offered help. The public waiting for appointments had to step in to get him in a chair and get him seen too. Which funny enough, they then responded appropriately.

To say this place is beyond useless is a fabrication of how good they are. The staff are so ignorant and narcissistic they will smile at you while you are explaining that you are having a medical emergency. It’s vile and they should be closed down. Full complaint to the ombudsman will be filed today.
