Doctor Perkins went above and beyond and made me feel very confident that I had been heard and checked and appropriate treatment prescribed. Very grateful indeed, with a follow up appointment. Thank you. Observed receptionist being treated very rudely by a patient and handling it incredibly professionally and kind, hats off to her! Credit to the Surgery.

I know there are many tales of issues with GPs but my experience has been outstanding. I booked a phone consultation with my GP, I was called on time, and the conversation was both instructive and helpful. I was not rushed to get finished was able to ask questions and left the conversation happy. Maybe I was lucky but from experience Grove House Surgery is staffed with good guys! Thank you

1st time I have visited this surgery since relocating from ferring . Very easy to check in and I was amazed at how much setting there was usually had to stand at my last surgery .Seeing Dr Perkins he noticed my condition straight away and explained to me in detail how he could help .he gave me sound advice and a plan to follow for the next month. So glad we have picked this surgery and would recommend it to any one moving into this area…

Receptionist first class really helpful , my E N P nurse
Helpful, professional, and took an interest in my problem .

DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
I have tried contacting the surgery different days and times... Always diverted to voicemail or online.
What do we pay for?
The surgery didn't even respond to Lloyds pharmacy requesting my prescription meaning it got cancelled and I now have to go abroad without my medication...

The home lines are getting answered more promptly of late. It wasn’t urgent so the wait to see the doctor was fine plus they fitted in with my schedule. The locum Doctor Glasspool was welcoming, kind and was very thorough down at Pagham surgery. The receptionist was lovely too.
