The home is extremely clean and very comfortable with plenty of space in the communal lounges, reception and corridors. The rooms have lovely views, mainly of greenery- either the gardens or the river.
The care is exceptional and we were recently contacted multiple times on a Sunday when my mother was ill. It as good to hear updates and to know she was being well cared for. The food is extremely good and varied , very well presented, with many choices, and different diets catered for .
The activities are always many and varied and very well planned and always stimulating and relevant. The entertainment is just right too, including numerous themed parties.

My Mother has been a resident at Grove Court for two and a half years. Quite frankly it is more like a 5* hotel than a Residential Home. All the staff know her and greet her by name whenever they see her. Her room is comfortable with a lovely view and the food is excellent.
The carers are so good with her, checking in without being intrusive. Should she ever need input from her GP or a Practice Nurse she is referred straight away.
I am always made welcome when I visit and have peace of mind knowing she is getting the best of care.

Very bad!!! Do not work for them!! I came to an interview and they were so happy of me, the woman who showed me around said that the manager will surely hire me, all of them seemed to be happy with my interview and. Said that they will contact me on Friday ,not even a call back from them on the Friday or after that day, I think that people deserve to be respected because when you are interviewing, you say that you expecting a lot from the employee and that your care home have high standard but you are not able to even give a call back or an email to say that the interview was unsuccessful Very unprofessional!!!

I am so impressed with the staff and caring style they all adopt. It is so helpful for me to know my dad is safe, cared for and happy

Used for a respite break. During the two weeks my husband deteriorated a lot. He was left in his room and not helped to exercise enough. Errors too in management of medication. Not suitable, in my opinion, for someone with Parkinson’s disease.
