I have been seeing Thea regularly over the past year and more. She is always friendly, helpful and professional. She has been helping me through starting on a new treatment. Neve Hemsley is the best nurse we’ve ever had as a family. From vaccinations of our baby twins to routine smear tests she makes everything so easy, quick and painless yet still gives you plenty of information, resources and support. Appointments we have turned up for feeling nervous, we have left feeling so relieved. She’s truly one of a kind. An excellent, excellent nurse. Grosvenor medical centre are lucky to have her, and so are we!

Very unprofessional team, I received a call demanding they speak to my son regarding his asthma check when he’s a minor. The woman on the phone was abrupt and rude and clearly hadn’t looked at his records before calling. When I explained all of this she wasn’t even bothered and still demanded I book in an appointment. One this difficult when you work full time and your son is at school. Popped in to the surgery this morning to pass on my concerns about calling minors under 12, and also to book and no availability this year out of school time. Was passed the managers name so I could complain. Ridiculous and unprofessional service and it’s not the first time. Since merging with St James the place is an absolute joke.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had an infected wound on my ankle, precription issued and picked up that afternoon.Seen promptly with great follow up checks.
In an age where the NHS comes under fire from some patients all i can say is my treatment has been expemlary. Prompt curtious and higly proffesional.
