I have been at this surgery for 46 years and I cannot believe how bad it has become! There is only one Dr there that takes the time to diagnose you properly and make sure you’re ok, he’s wonderful! The rest, no help , quick to dismiss your concerns, no help with MH issues

Reading some of the comments, I must be a lucky one, because I've NEVER had a bad experience (been with them for 20+ years)

The admin staff have always listened... even when I didn't think it was an emergency, they heard in my voice that I needed to see someone

Yes, appointment times are long, but the alternatives are always offered - do I want to see a nurse, have a chat with the pharmacist, do a phone consult instead?

Oh, and I can order my repeat prescriptions with the app... so yeah, I have no complaints

Brilliant doctors surgery and really appreciate the kindness of the reception staff. Doctors genuinely care, and yes there can be a wait for an appointment if its not urgent but that's the same everywhere. If its urgent I've always been able to speak to a doctor.

While the doctors are lovely, the admin staff really need to improve. Things have to be asked 3-4 times to get done. We missed our antenatal vaccines and had to go elsewhere because the admin staff said we'd be contacted at the start of the flu vaccine cycle and we never were.
I understand there are a lot of patients too, but refusing to contact patients simply because you are a large practice is lacking compassion.

Been calling for a few days, and we were told they can't give my partner an appointment, without asking her details. If they did, they would realise that she has no spleen, and any minor infection could turn into a major issue. Complained about it, and the reply was "our manager will come back to you after their holidays in TWO WEEKS". Compared to this place, it's better not to actually have a GP. Either way you won't get any help, but at least you would avoid the frustration.

Tried to get an appointment and was told needed to wait 4 weeks. The receptionists attitude is to go to the walk in centre if bad. Started phoning at 8am to get emergency appointment and didn’t get through until after 9am and all the emergency appointments had gone. This surgery has really gone downhill since covid. This is why the hospital is over run as GP,s can’t be bothered
