Really caring doctor's surgery. I get nervous about blood tests as have fainted in the past - the phlebotomists are so lovely and understanding, and help get me through the experience. Doctors have listened to me and we have come to mutually agreeable solutions. Once I had a wobbler on the telephone and the receptionist was really kind to me. Great practice.

If I could give less I would. Absolutely hopeless. Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for my appointment for 2.5 minutes of the ‘Doctors’ time. I could have diagnosed myself!!! Waste of time. I am now changing surgery’s. Thought I would give them another chance after the last two times I have been. But no they are still completely hopeless. The last time I went I actually ended up asking the doctor if he was alright and I ended up listening to him. To which I got a phone call when I got home to apologise for this.

Not my usual GP but staying near by and my toddler got really poorly. I found everyone to be extremely helpful and we were seen by a lovely doctor who put all our minds at ease and was excellent with the little one. Really grateful for everyone's help.

Can’t fault the surgery if no appointment on the day a duty Doctor or nurse will ring me at home. Excellent service Doctors and nurse knowledgeable and happy to investigate or gain more information with regards rare conditions.
