I was a patient here back in 2012 when I 1st lived on Ecclesall Road. I should have really stayed registered here but I moved to another Postcode. All the staff is lovely from the admin to the Nurse and the.Doctor. Very caring practitioners. I can highly.recommend this GP Surgery. Thanks Anila Giatsai

Not been with these long. But so far they are fantastic - they actually listen to you and investigate problems you have, you get the feeling they actually do care about thier patients. I am glad I changed surgeries to these, they are super.

Very unprofessional. They don't communicate, ignore repeated email communications. When requesting repeat prescription they are always late and usually need chasing. When you do phone up you get a very dismissive response. If you live locally I suggest you go to another medical centre.

If you speak to Michelle, expect to be ignored.

This place let's the wonderful NHS down.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Even if they dont have an appointment, they will find you an alternative. Often they then find time for a phone consultation and deal with your issue anyway.

I’ve always found my experience at the practice very positive; the team are able to facilitate whatever they can over the phone (which really helps as it can be difficult to get to the surgery for an appointment). Thank you for organising my COVID jab and help through my pregnancies.

Great service and excellent food - I particularly recommend the chicken chow mein. My only complaint is that sometimes you may have to wait for a table to become free but otherwise this must be the best place for lunch in S11!

Love the drop in idea on a monday and friday and that you can ring to order a prescription better than online because passwords are a nightmare
