Changed to Greyfriars from another pharmacy to get deliveries. Placed a prescription on-line on Monday and wow my tablets were delivered today Wednesday. Thank you Greyfriars for a prompt response!

I needed an emergency prescription and my normal pharmacy couldn't help I phoned Grey friars and they couldn't have been more helpful and had exactly what I required,the staff were very friendly and polite many thanks.

Very good services and products. They will go out of there way to help so be nice to the staff they are good at there jobs. Good parking and easy entrance for shop. Wheelchair accessible. The do home delivery services and products. The shop is set out so you are 2m apart , no more than 5 at one time. You go in the shop carpark end and come out the other door. You are best to ask for delivery if you are in a chair. It take 2 working days to get you prescription but do it 2 day before your go short of medicine. Let them know how you feel and don't go out if you have symptoms. They are at the end of phone to answer your questions. Be nice and you will get the help you need.

Called a couple of days ago for my repeat prescription, told that they don't do repeats as we have to reorder ourselves. This will cause us problems as it is quite a journey to collect. Told it would be ready today. I even called about an hour before to be told it was ready. When we turned up, we had to wait around 20 minutes while it was prepared. Even then, we were only given one weeks worth, not 4. Terrible service, so we will arrange for it to be delivered by a different provider. Shame as a couple of the staff are very pleasant, but that does not mean the owners can provide terrible service.

Having used them for years for repeat prescriptions I rang today to see if they were ready to be informed they no longer do automatic repeat prescriptions. To leave vulnerable people without medication is irresponsible, one would think they would act like professions and inform their customers that they would be cutting the service they offer. If you rely on this chemist on life saving medication do not trust them with your life.
