Absolutely rubbish health'care' centre - they could not care less.

Wait 30mins for 8 calls to be handled, book an appointment (no standard appointments left normally, emergency/phone only), arrive on time, wear a mask freshly covered in the cough droplets from the (presumably) flu-suffering receptionist, one hour waiting time due to delays by 10am

Go private to take funding away from this unacceptable, unfit for purpose 'service' and drain on tax funds. Currently contacting my MP to complain.

This is a spacious, clean, modern health centre. They have several doctors, nurse practitioners, practice nurses and other visiting health professionals.

All the staff I have come in to contact with are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their roles.

The only downside is, like most GPs now, it can be very difficult to get through on the phone and make an appointment.

I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Firstly, it's virtually impossible to book an appointment with the phone line always being engaged, and good luck submitting a form online because mine was ignored... The one time I ever did get through on the phone I was told to hand in some paperwork from my employer for it to be signed by my GP... only to never receive it back. Please do not make the mistake of joining this practise, there is nothing good to say about it.

You sometimes have to wait a long time on the phone but I would still recommend this surgery. If we have needed urgent appointments we have got them or routine appointments in advance. Building clean and new. Staff helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem here.

I know a lot of people have a bad experience at the moment with their GP practice & everyone always slates the receptionist, but I can honestly say that the receptionists at Gresleydale are always very helpful & genuinely really lovely people. I haven't had a problem getting to see a doctor or get a phone appointment if suitable & just wanted to say that the service is excellent. Thank you to everyone there for their hard work.
