Great experience and customer care from this pharmacy. Script always on time and ready on the day it’s meant to be collected.
The Pharmacist has always had time to answer any questions I have regarding medication.
I can’t fault the girls, always happy to help with a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble.
I have witnessed abuse from other customers to the staff which is uncalled for and petty! People don’t go to work for that.
Some people just don’t have respect anymore.

Since amir left its not been the same everytime I walk in there I feel unwelcome and looked at like I'm some sort of a drug addict when I need my meds to keep me alive and pain free I asked if I could have them a day early because I don't feel very well but was told NO as not ready until 2moro when they have had them over a week

Since this place was taken over it has dramatically changed and not in a good way. Pharmacist thinks they knows best even when they have zero information on the patient. Lies constantly, will tell you a prescription hasn't been received when it has. Avoid at all costs

We went to Lloys Pharmacy at Green view Drive for Covid tests before going on a cruise. We had originally booked with Boots and after logging all our details and ordering out test the nearest place to go was Milton Keynes and there was no appointments available. We phoned Lloyds Pharmacy and the lady was very helpful, booking the appointment online was very easy and we got a text to remind us. The testing was very quick efficient and friendly and a certificate was given to us before we left. Most impressed thank you.

The worst costumers service . Bought a shampoo wrong and he didn't refund or exchange my items. Even one star doesn't deserve this kind of shop.

In my little Lloyds Pharmacy Booklet and on the posters in the shop it suggests speaking with your local Lloyds pharmacist for advice if worried about high blood pressure. I asked if they would take my test, as it had occurred to me the Lloyds machine could be faulty. You would have thought I had asked for a Covid test. We might have to charge, we can't do it now too busy, you'll have to book and come back. FFS! I could be dead by then. Don't recommend we talk to you if you don't mean it!!
