Contacted via telephone to make an appointment 6 times over the course of 3 days. Each time held in a queue and when eventually placed as number 1, the phone rang out for 25 minutes, I ended the call each time which seems to be the experience of many who have left a review. A complaint has now been submitted to NHS Lanarkshire. This GP practice must be held accountable as they are failing in their statutory and regulatory duty in providing a GP service. More people need to escalate their concerns, it is wholly unacceptable! Greenhills Medical Centre, Alba Medical Group, you are failing your patients and your duty of care!

PLEASE AVOID THIS GP

Absolutely shocking service GP I have ever experienced I been having issues for sleeping been told I will get an appointment for my tablets but ever since I have issues trying to get my propanol an my family is concerned me living in ek due to gp won’t give or what i need to provide the best service me being with yous over 10 months had to beg for a medical record

I will be looking in to a new gp many thx I hope you take this lightly due to health conditions around ek

The services provided by this clinic are shocking, it's a third world corrupted country level or worse in some cases. You simply can't get an appointment, all booked within the next 2 weeks and you can't book anything after, you have to call 0830hrs, wait, often 40-50min just to learn that there is nothing available today...so you can try the next day and hear the same story again. My partner is in a chronic pain for years, with an undiagnosed background yet, she still tries to maintain full time employment and she faces ...this. She has a specialist' recommended treatment which may or may not help...but she can't start it because the appointments are not available.Absolutely disgusting. These people have no hearts . I wish the staff the same treatment they offer to their suffering patients.

Whilst I was with the surgery it was impossible to get through on the phone or get an appointment. I have now left and I am still experiencing a terrible service, spent hours getting to talk to anybody on the phone then they requested I email. I have been waiting over 9 days for a reply to an email requesting my toddlers medical records to proceed with his care and emailed again with no reply. I have also been trying to call all week including today and cannot get through via the phone, I am actually disgusted that this is allowed to happen. My new surgery is amazing and so helpful so glad I left this one 🙁

Been trying now for over 6 weeks for an appointment most days a phone call in the morning nope phone back tomorrow none left even for advanced anytime i just want to speak to a dr but no phone back tomorrow

Some Reception staff quite abrupt, When no just cause, could see the point if ,Patients were rude to them, But this is not the case. Patients are frustrated when holding on the phone for hours ,then you cannot get an appointment, and told to try again next day. Then the same.

The staff are great, but your chances of actually getting an appointment are very slim. Hopeless phone service. Repeat prescription phoneline recently discontinued. Big queues at the surgery if you need to arrange / discuss prescription or anything. When phoning,
a 52 mins wait one time, and cut off when 7th in the queue the last time. Just had a message to get an appointment to discuss bloods results. Fat chance. Looking at other practices.

Impossible to get an appointment. I have 5 chronic Medical conditions and they have signs up saying anyone with a chronic condition will be given priority but I can never get an appointment. Worst practice in the whole of Scotland 2 years in a row
