I wish I could put zero stars this pharmacy is so rude the attitude is unbelievable they are lazy they dont even bother to look for your prescription they just say its not here the amount of times iv wasted time going back and fourth and it's there they just can't be bothered amd then don't apologise!!! Ridiculous place

Had my daughter's ears pierced here and the lady who did it was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, professional and took time making sure the placement was perfect. Was given great aftercare advice and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Very rude Chinese assistant. When I told him I was one item short when I collected my medicines, he claimed to be infallible and said they never make mistakes. He then suggested I open the bag every time and count all the tablets individually (360), and I should take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, after 12 years with them I started using Wells across the road. Much more polite and helpful!

Received some good advice from the pharmacist at first. Unfortunately, they failed to provide my repeat prescription - falsely claiming to have given me 56 pills - leaving me without medication. No reply to my email, so I'll take my business elsewhere.

The team at Greenford Chemist are amazing. This is true 5 star service and we're so lucky to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly and caring team in our neighborhood. They really know their customers and are so considerate in asking about the wellbeing of those they know are having medications collected for. Also, the new pharmacy itself is beautiful, so bright and fresh.
