My experience today was very positive. I was in queue number 7 when I called, I got to speak with someone in less than 10mins and had an appointment in 2hours. I was seen by the doctor immediately I got there. Staff were very professional and patient. I was positively surprised today, seeing that most of the reviews here are negative. Thank you Greenfields medical centre for your amazing work.

I went for an appointment today.I saw a couple with 2 children,the nurse called them and assumed they didn't speak English and said"do you speak English,if you don't we don't have a translator"How dare she?That's racism.I didn't like that at all.Plus dr was late 20 minuts and was supposed to spend 10 minutes with me,she said she was late because of traffic and could only see one of my health condition.Didnt even spend 5 minuts with me,trying to catch up with other patients because she was late.

Receptionist are always polite.
The Dr's I have seen are brilliant and thorough.
The nurses and physios are friendly and put you at ease.

Very bad surgery’s. No care of patient. Staff and receptionist are very rood. Just for medical records I wait 3months. And I ring and email every single day. For inquiries. Home office form GP need to fill asked then say No we can’t. Don’t recommend to any one to register here. Avoid surgery.

Like all other surgeries this surgery is also busy. But they try their best to accommodate request. Nurses are absolutely hardworking. Doctors are also helpful.. waiting time is tricky but it is due to heavy engagement. I appreciate the staff who listened and respond to all enquiries.

I was told to call as close to 8am to book an appointment; I was in a queue for 20 minutes and still no appointment. Shockingly poor service when people’s health and
