Greenfield medical Centre it’s very poor service reception they don’t know what they’re talking about they never give you appointment always have to go and see a trainee doctor telling me I have to buy medicine over the counter I think there’s no doctors in the Greenfield medical Centre. It’s all run by trainee doctors and the receptionist the doctor surgery is always empty when you phoned they’re fully booked. I am sick and tired of buying medicine over the counter. Every time I am ill. I have to go to the hospital to get the medicine such a bad terrible service. You get from Greenfield medical Centre and the reception. They are worse than doctors. They insult you by the word. they’ve got no experience to be in the reception

Absolutely Rubbish, I Rang for an appointment 4 days ago to book an appointment with my gp to see him face to face, the girl on the reception, she then said there are no appointments available today but for tomorrow she can book a phone appointment where the clinician will call me, and i am still waiting from the last 3 days to receive the call.
today i woke up 8 o'clock as the appointments finishes very quick if you don’t call early, i started to be caller number 13 in the queue and it took me literally 78 minutes to be in caller number 8 in the queue and it then got disconnected.
the receptionist over the phone are rude and liars who will literally lie on your face.
The GP’s are not always available so you will be more likely checked by a pharmacist in there who will be checking NHS WEBSITE AND GOOGLE to write a treatment for you.

Absolutely rubbish GP. Been with the gp my whole life it’s gone so terrible. Dismiss health issues, called them regarding my health they stated to call me back, but never did for the whole week kept calling and got no where. Absolutely shocking u could be so unwell and they’ll say it’s technically nothing. That’s why people are suffering and healths worsening. Went for my mental health and a pharmacist told me utter nothing and gave me medication. Felt like it was the worst support that can be given coming from a nurse myself. This is dangerous and pointless of a Gp. Needs to be gone.

Absolutely appalling gp I don’t know how people are still going there, why are we always being referred to pharmacists or other staff who clearly don’t know what they’re doing and searching up on google medical terms and conditions in front of the patient at that point I might as well self diagnose. The reception are rude and condescending and the doctors have no time for patients as I can never get an appointment with them. They have taken several blood samples from my mum and we never receive any results when asked they’ll talk about something completely different and not what they’ve actually taken it for. This GP has fell off massively ever since Dr shah left. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been in this Practice for the past 4 to 5 months , Very good Surgery. I always get an appointment when I needed it and get to see good doctors and pharmacists. Like the new car park that has been made as it makes it easy for My parents. Used to park in Havelock before, and my mum has arthritis and it was difficult to walk up the hill but now become a lot easy.

Excellent care and service received from Greenfield Medical Practice on every occasion. All members of staff are extremely friendly. Raheela in particular has been very helpful and has demonstrated tremendous patient care. Appointments and prescriptions are always easy to request and obtain. I would highway recommend Greenfield Medical Practice to all those considering joining.

Hard to get an appointment here, referals get rejected due to incomplete referrals made by doctors and even if you have a medical history of the same issue, it isn’t looked into because you might be ‘too young’ even though illnesses can come along at any age. To say this, I would say it’s ageist and you do not want to treat your younger patients the same way you would treat your most elder patients. I have managed to print off my whole medical history and it indicates how often I’ve visited the hospital and called the ambulance service and have been admitted into the hospital, unfortunately the doctors do not do anything about this, nor do they try to find any other reason, they just like to supply you with painkillers and other meds and send you on your way.

Worst GP ever used to go here for years when dr shah was still there he was great but these new people are horrible DR Mahmood turned me away about my mental health and told me it’s because of my iron deficiency… what? Even when I went back multiple times they have never tried to help. Just make an excuse to get u out of the door. Also the receptionist are either youngens that sick they’re chatting and acting like they aren’t at work or you stand there waiting for assistance and they have to finish their conversations not to do with work first.
