Dr Farid is awful, she doesn't do anything she just essentially a diary planner making new appointments. You report issues and she does nothing and is rude, and comes across as lazy and just wanting to end an appointment.
Members of my family are seriously ill and this doctor does nothing, everytime we leave we feels worse and mentally we feels let down and uncertain, she does nothing just blags her way throigh an appiontment and then fobs you off for another few months. We are looking to complain formally to the NHS. If you have an alternative then go there.

Really rude staff, constantly get your medication wrong and if you get Rita you have no chance of even getting your prescription she just says I will order that for you and then a couple of days later you are chasing up what's happened to your prescription. You are not important to this surgery they make you feel like you're a nuisance for asking for appointments or medication. This surgery causes you a lot of stress when you need to be calm. Avoid them if you value your health.

Absolutely disgusting! Arrived at 8am, made an appointment for my mum who needed an appointment ASAP, I then tried to make my daughter an appointment who is 1 year old and was refused! Only one appointment is able to be given. its an absolute joke. Staff rude and very unhelpful not to add child under 5 are meant to have an appointment the same day!

Really disappointed been here over 10 years! Horrible doctors! Cannot get appointment! You have to que up in the morning outside to get appointment. Just about get that then the doctors are so unprofessional, so rude, they really don't care! Doctors here are just in a rush to get you out of the room, how they are even qualified to be in this profession is beyond me! avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I'm on a hunt for a new doctors!

Tried to get an appointment for three months and three weeks but no one answered the phone and when they did no appointments left just got out of hospital yesterday when I found out I've got aggressive breast cancer thanks green bank receptionists

Poor service, very rude behaviour of the receptionist and surgery staff mostly...liars, not doing their job properly; and rude lady receptionist lying about the appointments are fully booked at 8am, someone have to take action against them and report to the Medical bodies and revoke their Medical practitioner licences and permanently shut down this GreenBank Medical Practice!!!!

New patient here, make sure you ask reception exactly what you need when you are being set up, I was told I only needed a passport so made my way down, rang them the next day to book an appointment and they still hadn't set my account up, then rather than telling me on the phone they had made a mistake and forgotten to get me to fill out a registration form they range me an hour later to tell me with no apology for their incompetence. May as well have continued using online doctors, roll on the days when we don't have to rely on non diligent people to do their jobs correctly. Read the existing reviews after posting this and have decided to register at Hopwood instead.

They deserve negative 5 stars. The lines are permanently engaged. You can’t book an appointment unless you ring at 8 am. But lines are engaged till 10 am. By then miraculously all appointments are gone. So decided to go to practice. Unbeknown to them I was ringing them while in the practice. All staffs are busy gossiping whilst the phone is engaged. There was not a single patient waiting. When I questioned regarding their unethical practice the staffs became threatening. Only regret I didn’t record them to put them on YouTube. This practice needs closing down and all GPs should have their licence revoked.
