Patient presenting with stroke symptoms and ignored for a week after hospital.
Let that sink in. They're dangerous. When we did get a doctor, they ignored slurred speech and declining ability and stopped prescribing another docs meds. They're incompetent!

after calling and failing to get an appointment I decided to go in person.

I waited outside until 8am for them to open and spoke to a lady at the reception desk who told me it would be "unfair to give me an appointment in person".

the only reason I am in person is because I cant get an appointment over the phone

I mentioned that I cant get through on the phone and was told it must be a mistake of phone number, I showed her the number and then rang it and it said "user busy" and her response?

just keep calling.

I kept calling and after 10 mins I managed to get through to the automated system clicking the options I was then told the phone line was busy by an automated voice and to call back later and then auto hung up on with no position in the que.

what a truly appalling system you have in place here.

I just can't understand some of these postings it's an extremely well run unit understandably you may have to wait Sometimes you need to have some concern for other patents who may be in a greater need when in great need use the Patches system its so easy and always responded to a little more respect and thoughtfulness towards people who are helping you Merry Christmas

Amazing service 👏 🙌 👌 Have just relocated to the area - requested an appointment this morning and was booked in for 3.30pm, examined and meditations sorted with a lovely practitioner. Absolutely five stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

No way would I have received such exceptional service at my old surgery in Norfolk.

Rubbish... DO NOT USE THE CALL BACK SERVICE!!!. Tried calling in on Thursday to make an appointment for whenever they had one available. They took no details from me and simply said to call back tomorrow after 11am as there isn't anything. I called in on the Friday at the time they recommended and pressed the call back option. Due to tech difficulties, they cancelled the call for which I then had to call them back to which I was obviously put to the back of the queue. By the time I got through to someone all appointments had gone and I was advised I should have called in a 9am instead of 11am despite being told to call in after 11am. The best thing they could offer is a call back, which is near a month away. Not fit for purpose, absolute rubbish service, just hoping this consistent dull ache feeling I've been having the past few weeks isn't anything serious.

Absolute joke doesn't matter what day you call or time. No joy must be the worst medical centre in the UK. This place needs investigating look at all the bad reviews a complete waist of time . The stories you hear about this place are really shocking they should bow Thier heads in shame.we pay their wages what a waste of tax payers money.

I was reluctant to book a GP appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it turned out. I called to book a GP appointment in the midday, but I couldn't book it straight away because I needed to call at 8 o'clock in the morning if I wanted to see a GP. However, during that call, they took notes about my symptoms. The next day, when I called to book a GP appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning, I didn't have to explain much because they already had my details and symptoms. They gave me a slot to see the GP that day. I received medicine to treat myself, and the people and services at the Great Sutton Medical Center were excellent. Thank you so much for your services.

Breathtaking incompetence. The shift supervisor has just told me that they have 22,000 patients so they can't always do what they say they will. My mum is terminally ill and has been messed around for three days now, given different stories and various excuses and still doesn't have her prescription at 6pm on a Friday evening. Inexcusable quite honestly.
