Thank you for saving our Christmas. After two sleepless nights with a visiting 18 month baby , we called at 8 am for an appointment. We were given an appointment at 10.30 and collected a prescription before 11 am. Everyone at the surgery so cheerful and helpful and the baby is already improving . The family is visiting from America and they are extremely impressed .

I have been registered at various GPs in England and Grayshott Surgery is excellent. Especially in current times.
1. They actually make referrals. Believe it or not many GP surgeries are very reluctant to do this
2. I /family have always been seen when it's urgent.
3. I see my named doctor if I request it, and it's possible etc.
4. Things get followed up and monitored that are not elsewhere.
5. They consult one another when needed during appointments. I'm not having to ask for a second opinion.

Yes no where is perfect but this GPs is very good

After being patients for 2 years, we moved but are now back in the area. If fnd again that some of the reception staff are most kind and helpful, but others are not. This is as it was before, and the officious, dogmatic order i received when i called in today.. to fill in a form in order to be triaged.. lacked any kindness. I was told to google Grayshott, fill in the form and send it. I didnt find it. So the receptionist has locked me out from getting an appointment i need. I am disabled and my husband had to take time off work to drive and help me in. I had to cancel an appointment this week, because he couldnt take me. I called today as he has taken leave next week, so i could have seen a Dr. Now its admin. Painful experience.

Terrible... If you can get through to anyone! Now there is an online system that ends up taking infinitely longer to answer a simple administrative question that moves you from pillar to post or ending up just queueing for ages on the phone. Very impersonal approach, made to feel like you're more of a hindrance than a patient in need of attention. Excessive waiting times for appointments.

Grayshott Surgery are absolutely brilliant! The reception staff are friendly and I am usually able to get an appointment quickly. The doctors and nurses I have seen and taken my daughter to see are just so lovely. They don't rush, they listen, they are patient with me and my baby and above all they care. I've had a few follow up calls later in the day or next day to see how we are, which is just so lovely. I have had hospital referrals for emergency cases taken care of very efficiently and also had some help from the physio post-partum! I cannot say how fantastic this surgery has been since we moved here nearly three years ago. Thank you all so much!

Grayshott surgery are simply the best I have been a patient for 43 years and I would not be still here today if it were not for all the great never ending care I have always had as have three generations of my family......if you can't say anything kind and show the same kindness and consideration all the staff always show perhaps you should go elsewhere !!
