I have used the Grayshott Ear Clinic a number of times and yesterday’s visit was no different. Simple to book, clean and welcoming office. Stephen was brilliant, professional, helpful and good advice. He’s also funny, friendly and puts you at ease. Highly recommended. Thank you for sorting out these ears again.

Incredible to have this service in Grayshott. Waking one morning with a blocked ear and unable to face 2 weeks trying to solve it with ear drops and anxiety I managed to book an appointment online at the clinic in quick time. Despite a gentlemen turning up half an hour early and infiltrating my slot I was seen quickly and within 15 minutes both ears were pristine. I look forward to the next one! Superb service.

Great service from start to finish. Prompt return call to my enquiry and quick appointment. Stephen at Grayshott was very welcoming and professional. Dylan stood out compared to other Companies visited & his advice and guidance could not have been better.
I chose the Widex Smart RIC220 (not top of range as quite unnecessary)Both voice and music clarity is such a huge improvement, and I am delighted.
£2,4000 could not have been spent more wisely, and I thank you most sincerely for your help and guidance.

provided yesterday (03 Sept 2024).
My hearing is back to normal which is such a relief. The anxiety I experienced over several weeks, especially trying to listen to people was frustrating, now I have normal sounds back, I am so grateful, thank you. You did a very professional job and I would definitely

I have worn hearing aids for about 30 years and been a customer with HEC for about the last 5. Every time I visit I am so happy to have found a provider that has such a consistent level of experienced, professional and patient clinicians. The big High Street guys just want to continually sell you new aids as if they are mobile phones or TVs. I guess that is how they have to run but HEC seem to be into more of a long term relationship. They had managed to keep my old aids ‘updated’ for years as my needs changed and I only bought new ones at my last visit as I lost the old ones. The update process was so easy and fast as they knew me and what I needed as the staff had not changed every 6 months and I could always get back to see the same clinicians.

I went in to the Grayshott Ear Clinic as my partner had been moaning about my hearing not being great and suggested I needed an ear cleaning. My mother-in-law had recently been here and couldn't speak more highly of the car she had, so I booked in. Dylan assessed my ears for signs of blockage and reassured me that my ears were healthy and did not require a clean. Very happy with my experience. Thank you 🙂
