Quick and pleasant service from receptionist to nurse/ GP that took care of my issue. Also bonus points for a triage nurse deescalating another aggressive patient behaviour protecting her colleagues. Outstanding staff, thank you all!

I'd give zero to phlebotomy department if I could. Terribly long waiting time due to staff taking ages to see a patient or doing something else in between. I've never experienced such long waiting time between patients in my life. Awful experience.

Asked how long the wait time would be and the “wonderful” lady behind the desk said 1 hour 30. I then asked if it would be okay to go grab food quickly, she directed me to the canteen and I went down for a meal. I came back up after 40 minutes. I then waited 2 hours until I went back into the line and asked her how much longer it would be to which she replied I had already been called 3 times and that I shouldn’t have gone to the canteen even though when I spoke to her previously she said it was okay as long as I didn’t leave the premises. I’m not sure if she’s new or just not the smartest person but perhaps train the employees a little better so they can give more accurate information when people ask for it. I would have quite happily waited if she didn’t give me the 90 minute time frame. I can’t imagine the amount of people she’s done this too and caused them to wait 6+ hours. Yes I am at fault for leaving but when she says 90 minutes and I arrive after 40 I don’t expect to have already been called. It also wouldn’t hurt her to smile or be more positive, I’ve never seen such a miserable person working at a place where people are attending because they are injured. I think a little bit of training in customer service will go a long way.

I have taken my son for urgent care treatment , who was in lot of pain .the triage nurse was not happy to see my son by a doctor . She was very rude and told no doctor available and it’s only 6.35pm and I could see Dr’s in other consultation rooms . This is totally unacceptable attitude towards patients . Please be compassionate to others .

Fantastic little hospital. I was seen at the urgent treatment centre ,treated and back home in an hour. Very clean interior, professional and a real community hospital for local people.

Sunday morning seen within 15 mins by a nurse then a doctor. Antibiotics prescribed and able to pick them up from Asda pharmacy at 10.00. Thank you.
