Really poor service, staff are very unhelpful. They clearly have to many patients as never have any appointments. Doesn’t matter what time you ring they can never give you an appointment they just fob you off and tell you to go out of hours emergency. They really need a reality check and to sort there manners out as leaving your ‘patients’ unwell is disgusting. It’s the same everytime. I wouldn’t recommend this doctors to my worse enemy

Dr Ghozlan is empathetic, thorough and listens clearly and shows that he wants to find actual solutions. It is great to be under the care of such a dedicated GP again. The practice is efficient, friendly, and well organised.

I have been a patient at Pelham Medical Practice for 15+ years and have had a very positive experience with both reception staff (over the phone and face to face) and clinicians, increasingly so over the past year. The wait times are reflective of the pressure the NHS is under, not the practice; I have been able to get a same-day appointment whenever required.

I can not rate highly enough this practice,reception staff, DR .Never had a bad experience, did econsupt 8am and was seen by GP 11am and meds prescribed.Neither myself or my children had any issues seeing GP. Well done staff,we not praising them enough and seem to be only moaning.

I hear negative things about gp surgeries all the time. They take ages to answer the phone, you can never get an appointment etc etc. However, the NHS is in crisis, and that cannot be blamed on the gp surgeries themselves. I have seen and heard receptionists being spoken to appallingly, which is totally unacceptable under any circumstances. Every dealing I’ve had with this surgery over the past 10 years has been at the very least efficient. However, on multiple occasions it has far exceeded that. Every member of staff I’ve had dealings with has sounded like they care, and made me feel heard and understood.

Its a extremely difficult to contact them by phone. Outgoing message always says you are 'number one' in the queue, but average wait is over an hour, and most people give up.

Awful awful practice! Today I've waited over an hour for a receptionist to answer my call. The GPs are sadly terrible and insensitive. Do not register here..my experience over the years with this practice has been exceptionally poor. The GP system is not fit for purpose in the NHS.

I'm with this surgery 4 year now (up to today). For this time I manage to book appointment once and I spent a lot of days on the phone trying to reach them. I cant understand how I can be first on queue, waiting 45 minutes and no one pick up the phone. Sorry, but I doubt that they speak with client for 45 minutes...And no - we don't need to blame the governments underfunding. A lot of Gp surgery in other areas are great and you can reach them by phone or online. Really disappointed, hope to have more luck with new one.
