I have tried to contact them for 3 days. Nobody takes calls and no email address available on their website. I went to see them in person and agreed that the manager would have contacted but unfortunately I have not heard from them after 3 days yet. It is impossible to book classes because they are always oversubscribed with min 10 people on the waiting list. WiFi doesn't work and absolutely shocking customer service.

Train most days here and not a bad set, however annoying when an individual hogs 15% of the gym equipment.
An individual today had the Cable X machine, with bench, 3x sets of dumbbells and one barbell. When asked from
myself & others if we could use the machine..he point blank refused. The said individual occupied the machine and kit for 1hr + been obnoxious to others.
I informed Gym/duty Staff and they just walked off after I had informed them. My colleague said to mention it again at the reception but thought what’s the point, the 1st response set the standard.

The facility’s when you get there are good. I try to use the leisure centre to take my kids swimming. But the webpage is confusing to navigate and I have found often non responsive. The staff must also be extremely busy as they seem to find it very difficult to ever answer the phones. There is a very patronizing voice which directs to their webpage (as stated the webpage is a muddle or broken, that’s why ringing). Not knowing when the kids pool is not being used for lessons, or closed, usually directs me to use dronfield pool instead.

This facility figures large in the lives of many in SW Sheffield. It offers a fully equipped gym, 2 pools, swimming, gymnastics, trampolining and tennis lessons, and many fitness classes. The downsides are the tiny cafe kiosk with very long queues, the incomprehensible website, and the confusion over different memberships and their benefits. The fitness classes are well attended, and booked up by regulars week to week, so it is hard to get in. Parking is a problem at busy times, especially weekends, but at least it is free.

Twice the price of Dronfield when I take my 3 year old. Much colder, and unlike Dronfield they won't have the smaller pool open with one lifeguard for both. Looking forward to Dronfield reopening in January after their refurb.

The small pool that my toddler uses is freezing every lesson we have to get out early because his lips are blue and he is shivering. We did mention this and basically got told it would cost too much to heat up to a more comfortable temperature and would cost more in chemicals. I would have thought the price of all the lessons would be put towards funding this (common sense really)

My daughter goes to the gymnastics here. Very poor, they stand around talking and looking at their phones. All her friends have left due to not progressing. Shame

Sport Center dirty, Nobody wash the floors. The coffee is very tasteless and bitter because they don’t clean the coffee machine.
