Customer service can be hit and miss but it seems to have improved recently. I’ve just spoken to Vicky on reception. She was lovely and went above and beyond to help me. I’ve always had great care from the clinical staff.

I went in to join a new surgery after leaving my previous one, the lady on the desk was extremely rude and showed no interest in helping me. I was given the correct sheets I needed to sign up though and hopefully it has all gone through! Customer service definitely isn't their strong suit. 🙂

Excellent service. My doctor took her time to listen and concentrated/absorbing all my symptoms, gave me all the necessary checks,
THEN made her computer notes , prescribing, with explanations, the best, Right treatment for me.

Well, I go to the Grange Park Surgery to check something out on me, a bit of corporation to help me out a bit, I have being checked on my throat and chest that I was coughing and being unwell and I was ill ?, I'll got an ear infection and ear ? ache when I got a cold and being unwell, the doctor ? and the nurse will help me a bit and I will be fine, sometimes I will get the injection ? and with the prick and the blood filling the tube and I will be fine, I'll got years and decades until I'll die, I'm living at the moment until then, in the receptionist room, I will look at my book "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" ? ? ❄️ ?️ ? ? ? ? ? ☀️ ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ⚔️ ?️ ?️ ? ? ? ?️ while I'm waiting in the waiting room until I will have my appointment and I'll go sometimes when I'm unwell.
