Had a problem yesterday. The receptionist Adrienne was brilliant .really helpful. She put me on to see the lady doctor. Who was nice . Who sorted me and then put me onto the nurse Bernadette who was brill. Who did the dressing. Cheers all.xxx

disgustingly unbelievable the negligence and discrimination for 11 years ive faced with this gp! across both sectors physical and mental health, aswell as admin /reception staff. disgusting culture- so careless, incompetent and insensitive. I have been laughed at dismissed and prescribed wrong medication - that caused fatal risk. I suffer with anaphylactic shock they refuse to prescribe me an epipen and tell me to buy over the counter hay fever medication - they do not contain epiphrine in them which you need to aswell as an antihistamine when suffering with anaphylactic shock or you may suffer kidney and other organ damage - again the paramedics and chemists are also baffled as to why im unable to get this medication. I was prescribed a medication for mental health patients before a diagnosis or assesment of my symptoms and was later told to stop taking them as they are dangerous for my symptoms and make my types of disorders worse. had to move gp aswell as seek legal aid as they will not take accountability. - have had other gps and practioners say that they are appalled to see the records and clear carelessness and lack of modern medical knowledge . not to mention the lack of punctuality and professionalism with reception . a lot of the staff are very outdated and do not understand todays culture and should be made redundant or trained that hate crimes are no longer acceptable in society as well along with the numerous breaches of my human rights - they have caused irreversible damage to my body which in turn has affected the entirety of my life, mental state wellbeing - for 11 years my entire teenage and adult life. OVER A DECADE - this is not accidental or coincidental , I have made numerouse complaints and had no attempt to fix their mistakes or accountabilty of them - this is systematic and deep within their culture .

Receptionist was rude, obstructive and unhelpful. Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Expect phone consultations to run 3+ hours late. Appalling levels of service. The practice has a poor reputation locally and it’s not difficult to see why.

I was very impressed with the organisation and practices at Grange Dene surgery today. I attended the surgery to receive my flu jab and the measures in place to protect all from Covid 19 were impressive.
