My wife and I have had excellent care from this surgery for well over 15 years. Every encounter with a member of the team is met with friendliness, courtesy and sound advice. When they say they’ll ring you back, they do so and on time. We regularly now receive texts advising us of tests for which we qualify and the tests and follow-up all happen as planned. I have been with Grand Union health centre since they opened I find they are caring considerate. If I need an emergency appointment there’s always one available and the doctors are fantastic The reception staff are great to always welcoming and happy to help
I hear with other stories with other doctors surgeries, and I’m so happy that my Doctors is always there for me when I need them. I would recommend Grand Union surgery to anybody 🙏😊❤️👍

Dr Hossam Abdel-Hamid is a great doctor! He has been very helpful and insightful during my appointments. He has been taking care of my health issues and I really appreciate him. Grand union is a good GP practice.

I'm patient of this surgery for more than 10 years. I liked it here, because reception and Doctors are mostly not. But after talking to reception today I'm very disappointed!!! Looks like Doctors taking orders from reception. I don't like when they talking with patient with attitude. If will happen again I thinking to change GP.

Great care, great service! The NHS can be wonderful. I saw a doctor (Turner) yesterday morning having telephoned only one hour earlier; she examined me and prescribed two items. The latter were notified to my local pharmacy (Devonshire Pharmacy) and I picked them up at 1500 (less than four hours since seeing the Doctor).

Amazing - thank you Grand Union, Dr Turner, Devonshire Pharmacy and the NHS!

I never thought I’d feel compelled to leave a review on a GP of all places but I had to praise Ummeya Mukith for the blood test she did on me. I’m terrified of needles and can always feel them in me, it’s usually a lot of discomfort, however when she did it for me I didn’t feel a thing and I could even look at my arm without cringing. I hope to do all of my future blood tests with her!!!
