Really disappointed,
One of the receptionist lady really friendly great service that's the reason I stop at 2 stars, but the doctor that they put me to.. TERRIBLE. Phone appointment.... Still waiting to be called. I can die....they don't care. I try to call them nobody answered...

I have been a patient of this surgery for many years and am very satisfied. I don't have any problems with getting appointments or speaking to somebody when needed. The Doctors and reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly and queries sorted out promptly. All in all, a positive experience.

Really great team, nice and clean inside, cheerful and friendly staff. Was vey happy with how the minor operation went. Parking is a bit of a mess but easily navigated.

I’ve been going to Dr Ojo at Gossoms end surgery for a long long time now.He always go above and beyond for you. I can always get a telephone appointment on the same day if I ring at 8am.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr O'Jo today which was received within the given time scale. I do have a few health issues, but felt that I had time to discuss them all.
I have been with this practice since it first opened and can honestly say that the dr's, nurses and reception staff have all been absolutely brilliant.
