Second visit today, had a pre assessment a few weeks ago, both undertaken by Sandra. Fantastic treatment from this wonderful member of staff. I have very bad needle phobia, but she was absolutely brilliant, didn't feel a thing. Really explained the upcoming procedure in detail to me, giving me all the necessary paperwork to help with the understanding. Awaiting surgery, but what a beautiful hospital this is with super friendly staff.

Can’t thank the staff at goring hall enough following my recent stay for ankle surgery. Claire, Alice and Kerry in theatres were so caring and compassionate. Phoebe, Emily, Sophie, May & Ruth on the ward were amazing and really looked after me. Every little thing was thought of and I felt totally safe in their care. I will never forget how they made me feel ❤️

I was in overnight for a full hysterectomy. From the outset, the care and service were superlative from everyone at all times. I was treated warmly and given all the information I needed. Everyone was friendly. Everyone had time. Everything was done efficiently and when people said it would be done, from medical obs to food service. I felt very well cared for by a team of real professionals who had my best interests at heart. I only wish that all people in this country were afforded such a wonderful level of care.

Excellent Care.
Mr K Narang as always was professional, understanding and most kind. He performed great surgery on my hip.
Mr Sweet the anesthetist, again, professional reassuring and gentle. His assistant Tom held my hand while the Epidural was administered, I so appreciated that.
Sue the physio was amazing and so encouraging.
All the nurses were fab, far too many to name.
The catering staff were most helpful too, every meal had plenty of choice, perfectly served and delicious.
Cleaners came in did their work and were most pleasant. My room and bathroom were immaculate at all times throughout my stay.
Thank you all. Keep doing what you are doing. First class all round.

I just wanted to take the time to write about all the staff at Goring Hall Hospital. My time was nothing but comforting and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after properly! The lady who deals with food (Vivian I think her name is) is the most amazing human ever. Full of such energy and always had a smile on her face :). Thank you again to everyone who was there to look after me.

Had a pre-op with Sandra and Ellie. They both made the experience very straightforward and it was genuinely a pleasure to meet with them. As well as the tests and checks, which were professionally done, Sandra clearly briefed me with what to expect for my procedure. My experience so far with Goring Hall has been a very positive one! I was a daycare patient and was impressed with the very friendly, helpful and respectful nursing staff and the quiet and pleasant environment, of the ward, which all helps to relieve the anxiety usually felt in hospitals. The best care you can imagine. I was booked in for a hip replacement and the care and support is outstanding. Every member of staff could not do enough for you. It’s hard to name individuals as everyone is a credit to this hospital, but Phoebe J was excellent and made the whole stay lighthearted, enjoyable, and took away any anxiety pre and post op.
