Very comprehensive and efficient health care. Very patient and detailed approach which results in excellent diagnosis and treatment. Continuous care throughout the diagnosis phase with regular update appointments which means treatment can be altered if required. Can’t thank my GP enough for making me feel so well looked after during a difficult time. Highly recommended!

Dr. Jogia, It is not always easy to get an appointment with this particular doctor, but it's understandable, because although he is a young doctor, he actually does 'doctoring' as an actual hands on human to human healing. He also 'listens and hears' what the patient is trying to express, so that you don't feel like you're being stressed and feel that you're being rushed to get out the door. I never leave after an appointment with him feeling: "I wanted to say something in particular but I forgot". He is an invaluable asset to the surgery.

I've been a patient at Gordon House Surgery for over 40 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received throughout that time from the doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants and clinical pharmacists. Appointments are easy to book, with reasonable waiting times, and I find the reception and admin team incredibly helpful, offering advice and signposting when appropriate. The NHS is struggling even more these days, but I’m amazed at how well the staff here cope under such enormous pressure and difficult circumstances. Well done to everyone.

A special mention must go to Dr Ladak, whose follow-up care is fantastic. I always feel listened to, heard, and genuinely supported during consultations. It's clear that patient care is a priority at this surgery, and I feel very glad to be registered here. Thank you.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. Waiting is spacious though some more cleaning and newer chair would be good.

Dr Jogia, my GP takes lots of interest in looking after myself health wise. He does annual blood tests and always follows up with the results and where there are shortcomings he acts with promptness. Very accommodative practitioner, who is very pleasant and courteous in dealing with the patients.
I will give him 10 out of 10 for his assistance and will be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs his care.
He is an asset to Gordon House Surgery.
