Pleasant reception, facilities and security staff. Building is in need of some tlc in terms of repairs and heating control. Good onsite cafe which provides training and employment opportunities for people with learning difficulties. Limited onsite parking but near station car park. Good access by rail from Harlow Town, reasonable access by bus. On the A414 roundabout entering Harlow so traffic can be busy at peak times.
