I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I’ve been suffering from UTI symptoms for a while, and when the doctor requested a urine test, I provided my sample to the reception as instructed. I waited an entire week for the results while struggling with my symptoms, only to call and be told that they had lost my sample and that I had to redo the test.

When I went back today, despite being in pain and leaving my four children at home, they made me wait again. After a long wait, I asked for an update, and they simply told me to come back at another time. This level of carelessness and disorganization is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time and health.

Good afternoon Goodcare.

I have recently noticed that the team at the Good Care Practice seems to have stepped up the game although to be honest they've always been On Point!!! I'm talking about reception!!! to end of care.

This is an Outstanding!!! Example of Hard work, compassion, wisdom and tolerance. After all as patients, we aren't always the most pleasant part of your day.

Special mention to Bietre (Diabetic Review) Her knowledge of diabetes as a whole factoring in my everyday cultural food consumption was nothing short of brilliant, relevant and Outstandingly delivered.

She should consider running classes for individuals having their first experience with diabetes. It's a very scary time and you need someone to present all of the facts in a way that explains the benefit of correct management as opposed to the potential consequences of management failure. Without causing unnecessary anxiety.

Honest to god, the lack of phone training and unprofessionalism from both receptionists and nurses/doctors is mind blowing ! I practically got verbally and physically mistreated durning appointments. Wrong medication was ordered for me too and had receptionist hang up on me after they cancelled my appointment. Good location, terrible incompetent staff !! Oh they also don’t respond to complaints because they literally don’t care !
