Very rude Male member of staff, we were in hospital with our daughter at the time, received a phone call about a collection, as the conversation progressed we were called into our appointment so asked if we could phone back after, the member of staff sighed loudly, and then hung up. Atrocious customer service, and just general human behaviour.

Never heard of this company. I don't live near Gloucester. They call me once or twice a day to discuss collection of medical supplies. I have no idea how they got my number. I've blocked them, but they have been leaving voicemails for over a week still which I keep receiving. I've reported them as spam. I've tried twice to ask them to stop and remove my contact number from their systems now and it hasn't worked. I don't need or own any medical supplies, and I have never asked for any.

Utterly appalling service.
Paid by local council or govt ,obviously don't give a hoot for clients . Rang for 5 day only to be cut off every time . I have 3 useful pieces of equipment to go back . Things we had to wait weeks for and I cannot contact them to arrange collection. Shambles probably not the workers more likey lazy leadership . Let's hope which ever part of the NHS subidises this company reads the array of bad reviews and finds a new contractor .

I would give it no stars at all! Today I was supposed to have a delivery of a hospital bed for my terminally ill husband having been telephoned by GIS to say delivery would be between 11am and 6pm today 31st March 2016. We cleared the bedroom ready having moved my husband into my son's bedroom to wait for delivery of the bed - making sure we were ready by 11am just in case of a first drop off. My husband is in the last stages of his life and GIS didn't even have the courtesy to ring and say they would not be delivering his much needed bed today. Of course they cannot be contacted as they say they all lines are busy leave a message and we'll get back to you! Fat chance of that then! I tried at 5:30 pm to check whether they would be coming they didn't ring back. I rang again at 6pm to check on delivery no ring back!! How can people operate like this they are supposed to be a professional caring organisation.

Delivery was ok but I asked them to pick up around 9th Sept and I'm still waiting. I called in mid October sometime and they confirmed my request for pick up in Sept and said someone will contact me very soon. Nov 2nd, no one has called and I just tried to call. I was on hold for a while and then an automated voice said 'Thank you for your call' and the call ended. I honestly don't know how a company like this survives.

Rang them to try to arrange return of walking aids etc issued to my elderly parents who have since died. Got a recorded message saying that they couldn't speak to me as they were so busy, but would ring me back if I left a message. This I did, but 4 days on have still not heard from them, and have the feeling that they aren't going to bother. Not impressed.

Absolutely appalling service! Phoned to say they would be delivering an item on Monday - three days later still no delivery. Tried phoning and have been on hold for over an hour! Totally useless company - our taxes pay for these companies so it's time they either shaped up or were replaced!!
