Calling at 8am for appointments is useless. Been on call for over 1hour for them to then tell me I’m too late to call for an appointment.
I have also had to come to the gp many times as was meant to be referred to hospital, and wanted a confirmation that it did happen. Kept getting told no one can help me there and to email; did not receive any response from email nor the online enquiry and only after weeks, did they finally tell me that they sent the referral. The referral was only sent after a few weeks of asking if it has been done (many weeks after it’s meant to come out). Poor patient care.

We received fantastic care here. Firstly,
the admin staff were amazing. Very helpful and professional. Then an appointment was booked with a GP on the same day. The female GP we saw was excellent. We didn't feel rushed and she was everything we hoped for. I can't thank this service enough for all the care you gave us.

I haven't been able to get an appointment here since before the Covid Lockdowns. Every time I ring them, I've been told they have no appointments available and I must call back at 8am; or, they can offer me an appointment over the phone, on an unspecified time in 2 months time. I call at 8am, and get put in a queue; when I finally get through...all of the appointments are gone.
I've now lost my job due to my health issues because I've not been able to get them treated and have repeatedly gone off work sick; I'm now having to pay for a private GP despite being forced to pay National Insurance contributions for a service I am seemingly barred from accessing.

If you value your health and actually want to receive medical care, I suggest avoiding this place like the plague.

Don’t let the negative reviews fool you – this clinic is fantastic. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve been able to see a GP the same day. The receptionists are efficient, compassionate, and truly listen to your concerns on the telephone and in person. The GPs are professional, efficient, and always make me feel confident after each visit. My only ask would be to turn off the heating in the waiting room during summer lol.

Top quality service. Managed to get an appointment and prescription for an infected ear in the same day. Lady behind reception was very nice. The doctor I saw was very straight to the point and sorted me out no problem. Many thanks! People in the pharmacy downstairs are also very nice.

We need to come together and sue this place. for the last 3 years calling this scammers for a appointment and they keep saying we don't have any appointment available. They are clearly stealing tax payers money and not doing any work and those five start feedback you see here is fake they try to makes this place look great so they can steal more money from tax payers .SCAMMERS ⚠️

Ear infection flared up on a Sunday, phoned 10.02am, seen by friendly, professional doctor. Picked up prescribed medicine from Boots at 11.53am. . Excellent.

I live in Sussex but needed an urgent GP appointment and 111 told me to phone the centre. It did take a while to get through but the receptionist could not have been pre helpful. I then saw a GP who was really thorough and kind. I jut wish we had something similar in Sussex.
