I have been registered in this Gp from 2011 and had appointment issues in th past, but now services are getting better day by day .infact imporved alot e.g book appointment via NHS app and order repeat prescription, and the best thing is now we can book our regular appointment in advance. Dr's and staff are very professional and kind..
Seen lots of reviews againts this practice for appointment(for me this is the best best GP in my area)so when ever i rang at 8'o clock ive got appointment i guess people's are not calling on time and its obvious they do limited patients a day,we can book our appointment after 9 o clock everyday aswell.

Dr Cropper is one of the best GPs at this practice! She’s amazing! Always very thorough and digs deep to find a solution. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. Over the past 6 months I have seen a few of the GPs but I found Dr Cropper to be the most helpful and always listened to my problems sincerely. It’s not been easy to get an appt however the Reception staff have always been more than helpful. At times it’s been difficult however in the end I do get an appt as required. There have been a few issues with the appt system but after complaining I was advised in detail about the issues which made it more understandable as to why it’s difficult to get an appt. Thank you to Dr Cropper, Amy, Rhea, Lily, Hayley and the rest do the team! 😃

No appoinments online or on the phone keep you on hold then there will be no appointment when they finally answer every time i need repeat medication have to be reviewed by the doctor even for medication for my kids a joke of a surgery

I have been trying to make an appointment for weeks with a GP but same old answer no appointments available ring in at 8am or try the NHS app but there’s never anything there even to pre book
I don’t see why they have GPs anymore it’s terrible

Just like everyone else's review. This surgery is horrific! And by god it gets shut down!! I have been on the app from 8am everyday for the past week & no on the day appointments or no appointments in general! I ring it says please call back later! From 8am all the way to 8.35am.
This gp practice needs looking into. I have been registered at a previous 2 practices. And the service was far from like this. There's no point in this surgery being open it honestly needs looking into and I pray to God it does. I've enough evidence to show where I've recorded calls, tool pictures of no apps straight from 8am!
The staff aren't professional whatsoever. They'd do better working ina pub

Worst practice I have ever experienced. You start calling at 8am and they don’t pick up the phone until an hour and a half later and say we don’t have any appointments. The receptionists are really moody and rude and don’t want to help. The manager is never available and you wait over 40 mins for your appointment because they’re always running behind. Absolutely appalling.

Worst GP surgery ever
never any appointments they tell you to use the online service because you'll get a better choice but when you do there aren't any available appointments and you might as well forget ringing because they never answer the phone even when trying for 30 to 45 minutes .
