I go regularly to pick up my husband’s repeat prescription. I hardly ever see anyone in the waiting room eg 10am today. I asked a lady one time if they ever see patients - fair question I thought- I was met with an uncomfortable laugh. Says it all.

I was second in the queue on the phone system at 12.15 was on hold 45 minutes then at 1.02 automated system then hangs up at lunch ... understand people won't to go to lunch on time but people with genuine issues need help ?

Staff are usually very helpful. However I find the main qualified doctor to be off-hand, uncaring and too bothered about the financial implications of treating a patient rather than listen to and actually act on what the patient is saying. It’s almost as if he has his fingers in his ears saying “blah, blah, blah” loudly over you.

I swapped to this surgery from Lakeside in Stamford. All I can say is thank goodness I did! I have received excellent service from the very first. The phone is answered after a couple of rings. The Doctors call back very quickly & they have a sense of humour which suggests they are normal people just like their patients! Well done All! Many thanks. X
