Have to agree with many of the comments, had a phone call from a receptionist today and she was so arrogant I stopped asking her questions as I was being talked down to and just wanted to get off the phone. Supposedly getting a phone back tomorrow from a doctor but I won't hold my breath.

Ridiculous practice, can't get an appointment for love nor money, they would rather you went into hospital than see you, try to send you anywhere but there, when you go in, it's always empty and everyone sitting around doing nothing, even sent my partner to a completely different practice this morning rather than see her, close the place down, a complete waste of n.h.s. money.

Lady was not helpful what so ever in the doctors very bad service, as a child with adhd and autism, anxiety they was giving me dirty looks and talking back as all I wanted to do was get my prescription for my disabilities, can’t really see why they have mrs potato head working here, do not recommend at all, speaking back to my dad

Lisa in my opinion is letting this clinic down,She is small, heavy built with tatoos on her arm, and very unprofessional in looks and manner.
She is vile to the patients.What a shame you do not need any qualification for this role or patients may get a better quality of staff

This surgery has to be one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. They put untruths on your medical notes as in malignant tumor and then when queried the entry is removed. Reported all my concerns to CQC. This surgery is bad for mental health

THE WORST the receptionists are so rude and miserable they don’t smile or even say hello when you approach the desk then they stare at you like you’re an alien. Particularly the one with the pink glasses she’s fowl. The only receptionist I came across that was nice was a younger girl she was friendly the other 2 horrid!

I only joined this practice 2 weeks ago and I’ve left already I have moved to the doctors over the other side. They were so lovely with me happy and made me feel like a human being.

Was sent a text to make a diabetic appointment after bloods taken for HBA1c ( I am on insulin )
I need a 40 mins check and told there were no appointments for my diabetes nurse who has just changed my insulin and is monitoring my situation to make sure it is right dose etc ……(it’s called continuity of care with the same professional looking after you ) .
Anyway I was asked to ring back so I asked when ? They couldn’t tell me when to ring back . Cannot believe this surgery it is getting worse ….. …

Cannot understand what all the complaining is about,I have been a patient since 2018 and apart from one GP who I thought was unprofessional,the medical centre and all the staff including the reception team are fine.The new patches system is great its easy to use and I've had no trouble getting same and next day appointments whenever I have used it.I understand its not for everyone and if you are struggling then call the surgery and them this.The trouble with a lot of people who are capable of using patches you just don't like change and unwilling to give it a go.Those complaining are the same Karen's who complain amd give the staff abuse when you have Neen waiting on the phone for ages trying to get an appointment.If you don't like the surgery then it's simple look for another one.
