Owning a Land Rover as I’m sure most will agree can be a daunting experience. I came across Glenrands off the back of my Mother’s experience with them. She had previously gone to a reputable LR partner who severely let her down until she came across Glenrands! Andy, Nikki and the team at Glenrands are a rarity and I’m so grateful to have been introduced. They’ve sorted a number of issues with my car and no ask is ever too big and inevitably there’s little they can’t resolve! I can’t recommend them highly enough and look forward to the next visit - something few LR owners readily say!!

Very impressed. Only booked in for a vehicle health check after purchasing an L322. They were able to fit me in within a week, were extremely friendly, and when I collected the car it had been valeted beautifully which was an unexpected bonus. Will be returning again soon.

Was recommended to come to GLENRANDS from the Land Rover Defender 🇬🇧 Group for an oil & filter change. No desire to wait 22k on service intervals, the engine needs good, clean oil! From the initial call with Nicky to the completion today I’ve nothing but praise for the team here. I’ll definitely recommend and will return as and when I require work on the “Landy.” Thank you.

Read the Glenrand reviews online and as I was totally fed up with the rip off attitude and pricing of all main dealers. Guy Salmon, West Motor and Wimbledon LR, tried them all and simply rubbish, make up work for big bills. They really think customers are that stupid. Glenrand's were a breath of fresh air. Nicky on reception very polite and helpful, they collected the car and did a great job at a good price. Best thing was I had a damaged key and they repaired it without cost and without telling me, when they dropped that car they gave me shiny key. That's great old fashioned service and worth seeking out. I cant fault the initial impressions and recommend them highly.

Being new to Range Rover ownership, I did my research to find a local but knowledgeable independent workshop to carry out the repairs needed. Glenrands met these requirements and exceeded them.
Friendly Knowledgeable people with great communication.

The best compliment I can give these guys is that their service is so good it makes you not want to change car brands and continuing driving Land Rovers because if I couldn’t use them it would be devastating. Amazing service. Super professional, incredibly friendly and excellent knowledge. These guys and girls are the best.

I usually go to the large, national repair firms for work on my car and I was wary of using a smaller business. However, Glenrands provided a top class service from start to finish. The work was done on time and as quoted. The people are all great, especially Tetley, and I will certainly be using them again for work on my Defender. Having used Harwoods for years I realise that you don’t need to use a posh brand to get excellent service. Well done Glenrands, see you again.

my local LR dealer (Sytner) closed down in Portsmouth at the end of 2024. Always great at selling cars but the service attitude was always generally poor. Phoned Hendy in Southampton ( now my nearest LR dealer) I and asking about service times etc. (never called back) Went on line to find help and came across Glenrands. Very nice/helpful on the phone, no major lead times for servicing my Velar it was a light bulb moment and JLR should listen and learn more about recommending independent companies like Glenrands. Not so much a cheaper option but great service, quality work (even replacing the battery in the keyfob!) delivery/return of the vehicle and the presentation of the car upon return was immaculate. with all paper work including online service details recorded and printed. Old fashioned service in first class facilities and worthy of 5*
