Just checked on Google reviews and saw a star rating of 3.9.. We've been with this surgery for 20 years, and for the first 5, I'd have to agree with a low score. But now? I give this a 5!! For a major part, I've only ever had brilliant experiences. Pharmacist, forgot the lady's name, used a bit of humour and patience when dealing with my white coat syndrome. Brilliant. Nurses, brilliant. Doctors, all experiences I had were great. However, I always try and see Dr. Niraj Nanavati. If ever there was someone to show empathy and patience and listen to you, he's the man. Huge shout out to him. Receptionists are very helpful and polite and treat me with respect whenever I call. Yes, there's the odd occasion where a receptionist seemed a bit short on patience, but they have to deal with a lot, including rude and unnecessary behaviour from patients who think the surgery owes them a favour. So give them some rope, treat them with respect, and they'll respond in kind. Huge huge shout out to the management and team at Glendales. 👏👏👏👏👏

I have been with this surgery all my life and I can not complain! They have always been helpful and supportive with any issues I have had. The reception staff have also been so kind and caring when I have called for an appt and also done their best to help me, especially Annette on reception, always professional, kind and caring.

I’ve been with this surgery for almost 3 years, I registered as a new patient after moving from Essex. Although there have been a few occasions where the attitude of some reception staff has been appalling, I have had no issues getting an appointment to be seen by a doctor on the day. The doctors are caring, and I would recommend this practice. Thank you to Dr Nanavati (senior and junior)

I have been with Glendale medical centre for years and I have to say they are one of the best GP services I have used. The reception staff is very polite and helpful and the doctors here are great, I couldn’t praise them enough.
