Vastly improved since it became an independent pharmacy and is no longer part of Lloyds. No longer the massive queues that Lloyds systems seemed to generate.

Ignore these years old bad reviews- they refer to the bad old days when it was owned by Lloyds. It is now owned by a local pharmacist and the service is superb, as are the staff.

Does anyone ever read these reviews as nothing ever changes! The whole system is chaotic. Even if you wait the 5 days before collection, wait in the queue to be served the script may not have been filled, medication not available and no- one informs the patient.If it is ready,staff often have trouble locating it despite the codes allocated to each script. A better system is required for such a large catchment area.

Worst pharmacy in town. Only gave it one star by default Queues are horrendous. They never seem to find your prescription no matter how long ago you ordered it. Other pharmacies come out and take prescriptions from queue to clear it but not here, feckless staff are happy to watch queue of elderly, sick and infirm standing in the rain for hours.
Believe all the other bad reviews.

Brilliant service my wife forgot some of her medication when we came up to this area on holiday this pharmacy sorted her tablets out with no issues can not thank them enough.

Possibly the worst pharmacy in Scotland. Repeat prescriptions are never ready, even when allowing 7 days, you still have to wait for 20 minutes while they make it up and that's after having stood in a queue for anything up to 1 hour. This place is organised chaos, I've changed to another pharmacy and now get a text message when my prescription is ready to collect.

Worst pharmacy-rude staff that never ever smile especially 1 older lady that's been there years she never looks at u and never smiles I understand its busy but so are most pharmacies but they have your script done within 2 days at other pharmacies but this it takes over a week and they blame the doctors and clearly its them that r so unorganised and miserable I never go here and don't recommend at all!! Pls don't go even if your desperate its not worth the stress

Staff seem friendly enough but my, I do dread collecting my prescriptions from here as the place seems very disorganised. Even having prescriptions sent electronically from the Doctors surgery next door, I’d recommend leaving it an extra day or two before attempting to collect.
