Make sure you get your tickets upfront. No walk ins. Great code to book is near the entry gate. So make sure you don't get in the queue without booking. There will be no one telling you that the or code to book cannot be seen till it's too late.

This is the place to be with children, on a rainy Saturday. The place is suitable for children over the age of 5, there are places for parents to sit around. The ticket must be bought in advance, on the venue's website. You can enter only with the QR that you receive on your cell phone, after payment. The price is £5 per hour. worth every penny. The adults can in the meantime work on the computer, drink coffee from the cafe next to the playground.

I visited with a friend on Friday morning and was initially impressed. Everything was clean, the man running the place was friendly and the kids were enjoying. That was, until a particular mother, grandmother and 3 children arrived. Now, I know that the customers should not affect a business review, however I shall explain why I was not impressed. The mother and who I can assume grandmother, let their children (aged 2 ish) loose into the under 3 section, then proceeded to sit down at a table where they could not see the children. The grandmother picked up a children’s toy which had a mirror and started grooming her eyebrows. Their bottoms did not leave those seats for at least an hour, meanwhile their children were causing havoc- pushing our children out of the cars, eating while in the play area, stealing toys out of children’s hands… they couldn’t have been more than 2 years old and were in the play area with Apple iPhones in their hands! Here is the frustrating and strange part… the gentleman running the soft play ended up babysitting these children, stopping them from hurting themselves on numerous occasions, watching them and their guardians breaking endless ‘rules of the play area’ and didn’t once approach the mother to call out their behaviour, just overlooking it. At one point, he was manhandling the little girl out of a car.. which was totally inappropriate. where was the mother? Why was she not watching?
I ended up leaving early, as did other uncomfortable parents because I could not bare to watch any more.
The gentleman running the soft play should not have been handling these kids, he should have asked the mother to watch her kids, he should have advised them to stop eating in the play area per the rules, amongst other things! It completely ruined the experience of us and other children and parents.
Unfortunately I would not return based on this strange experience.
If you aren’t going to enforce the rules, you may as well take them down. They are there to protect all of the children … I would not feel comfortable taking my child there again.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon and it was empty had the whole place to ourselves which was nice. Two ladies sitting at the desk, chatting away to each-other and looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there, went in and was a bit disappointed at the under 3’s playing area, there was not a lot to do at all, It’s definitely more suited to older kids I would say 5+. You can tell cleaning is awful as I found drink lids in the under 3s area which is so unsafe, got rid of it myself and checked around before putting my baby down. Other then that the place has plenty of seating area inside, is very spacious and cheaper then a lot of other soft play areas.

Nice soft play. Limited to 1h. £6 for a 6-year-old. There is no charge for parents. There is sitting available for parents but no food or drink sold in there but you can bring your own. You need to book in advance as tickets can't be bought there. It was very busy on a week day during the holidays and tickets sold out and we had to buy them for the following day.

All the installation was in very good condition.

Staff friendly. Toilets nearby.

Extremely busy don’t recommend bring children from the ages of 2-3. Lots of children left unsupervised which then leads to them being unkind to the smaller ones who are playing nicely.

Love this children's amusement center as it is easy for the kids to integrate and play with other kids while you can still keep an eye on them.
I also love the Costa Hut that makes it easy to enjoy your favourite drink while the kids are busy playing.
The staff is so enthusiastic and encouraging to the kids that help them to try all the activities.
A bit expensive but also very convenient.
