I upgraded my phone, in the Crediton store.... nothing was too much trouble.. swopped all the details over to my new phone, explained everything as we went along and gave me answers to my questions.. lovely to have someone face to face, to do all the hard work... definitely 5 star treatment ..

Really good deals on SIM contracts, actually surprised me quite a bit because most phone shops that I've been to in the past don't do things like these! Was quite skeptical at first but I decided to go investigate seeing as I needed a new phone contract, as the one I had with O2 was getting too expensive for my budget and I was paying more for less than what I have now. The staff were really friendly, talked me through the ins and outs of their options and essentially customised a plan for my needs, so I can only say good things about the level of customer service I received and the phone contract that I'm on at the moment, which I couldn't be happier with. Highly recommend!

I was on a business trip down south, and while I was in the wonderful town of Crediton I decided to take a day off to explore the beautiful area, after about 4 hours I was quite tired and thought to myself I could really do with a cup of coffee and a good chat, and that's when I stumbled across this gem of a shop. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is for many reasons, such as their hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism. Even if you do not need a mobile telephone device I strongly recommend taking a trip out to this shop as it will bring more joy to your life than you could ever need!
