I can’t recommend George enough as a counsellor. From our very first session, he created a safe, welcoming space where I felt truly heard and understood. George has a calm and thoughtful presence, and he listens without judgment. He asked insightful questions that helped me gain clarity and perspective I hadn’t reached on my own.

He his an ability to balance empathy with practical tools. I always left sessions feeling supported but also equipped with strategies I could apply in real life.

George is my first experience of counselling. He made me feel very comfortable during our initial communication via email/text and that continued on during our first session. There was an instant connection which allowed me to feel secure in being open and vulnerable in the areas I required support. George is very knowledgeable, and shared a range of different theories that allowed me to think about some challenges I wanted to overcome differently. I've added some tools to my mental toolbox that allow me to more effectively process situations from the past and also moving forward in the future.
